Shipping Destinations

We currently ship within Canada only. All orders are shipped from Ontario via Canada Post or a comparable courier. International shipping is not available at this time — stay tuned as we expand.

Processing & Delivery Times

Processing time: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.

Estimated delivery:

  • Ontario: 2–4 business days
  • Quebec & Atlantic: 3–6 business days
  • Western Canada (BC, AB, SK, MB): 5–8 business days
  • Northern Territories: 7–14 business days

These are estimates and may vary during peak periods.

Packaging

Every order is packaged with care. Singles are sleeved and top-loaded. Graded slabs are bubble-wrapped and secured in a rigid mailer. Sealed product is shipped in appropriately sized boxes with protective foam or void fill. We take packaging seriously — your cards will arrive safely.

Shipping Insurance

All orders are shipped with tracking. Orders over $100 CAD include shipping insurance at no extra cost. For orders under $100, insurance is available as an optional add-on at checkout. We are not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect addresses — please double-check your details before ordering.

Delays & Issues

If your order is delayed beyond the estimated window, please contact us with your order number and we'll investigate right away. Carrier delays are unfortunately outside our control, but we'll do everything we can to help.
